Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Enchanting Extensions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair extensions, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your hair extensions for a different length, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at support@enchantingextensions.com to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Package your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
• Ship your return or exchange to the address provided by our customer support team.
